I have been a loyal CX for 2+ year they basically ans they have made it a point to charge my CC blindly never even have a conversation hey do you find it helpful, were we good etc - I am so disappointed

Seriously, I can't think of a single thing that has not exceeded expectations, but if I have to come up with one thing, I don't recall being told that our initial account manager was only going to work with us from onboarding through the first 3 months (what they call a "probationary period").
