About Planoly

PLANOLY is a marketing application that helps businesses manage social content and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest via a unified portal. The platform enables users to create, plan and publish posts, handle multiple social profiles and monitor engagement with the target audience.

PLANOLY lets marketers personalize predefined storefronts with custom descriptions and URLs, add product gallery/product tags and receive payments from customers using Stripe. It offers various features such as media management, social sharing, image filters, automated posting, comments management and more. Additionally, marketing teams can customize content, import data, and gain visibility into metrics related to the number of likes, views, link clicks, saves and more.

PLANOLY allows administrators to monitor follower counts, post/pin performance, the best time to post, and other data via analytics. It is available for free and on monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via email, FAQs and other online measures.

A very good option to get started with Social media management

Pros:

If you are a social media management person, this tool is going to save you tons of time and energy. The ability to sync and post on multiple accounts and pages from one dashboard is such a time saver. The calendar view on the dashboard is also something that is going to drastically help with your content scheduling. Their paid plans are also very affordable if someone is looking for a low-priced option.

Cons:

The UI/UX though looks modern could definitely be simplified to make it easier on the eyes.

This is a great planning/scheduling tool and is easily accessible for companies of any size and budget range. I've use this tool both at startups and large corporations and it's been an amazing resource for teams to streamline the social planning / scheduling.

Cons:

Most of the time automatic posting works great, but there are some challenges with certain assets so as videos or carousels not deploying correctly.

Pros:

Maintaining a visually appealing aesthetic is crucial for content management, and Planoly's grid view has become my secret weapon in achieving that. The ability to plan my posts in a grid layout provides a bird's eye view of how my posts will appear on the feed. This especially comes in handy when I want t stick to a specific color palette.

The Best App to keep your Instagram Posts Organized

Since I created my online store, I have had to take a lot of time out of my day to day to generate content for my instagram account, previously it caused me stress to think what to add to the feed and that I could never have a good sequence, but since I have this app it has made all that much easier, since my feed looks fresh, aesthetic and I can plan my publications in advance, I have been able to create my posts in a very easy way, and I have been able to create my own content for my instagram account.

I like that I can have all the content of my feed organized so that it has a perfect aesthetic, it is important the order of your profile because it is the first impression that customers have of your brand, and this tool has helped me in that.

Cons:

Sometimes the application fails to load images, especially when trying to load several images at the same time, but other than that, I feel it is perfect.

Planoly vs the world

After a few months of use, I decided to skip this application. It was too restrictive and too low quality for the investment it represents. In the end, you can get a result just as interesting by using your phone or simply the instagram web interface.

I liked the promise of being able to easily schedule my instagram posts as well as being able to easily manage multiple accounts for feed and posting

Cons:

The software does not live up to its promise. It is already difficult and quite painful to link an instagram account, it is absolutely necessary to connect and give rights of use on a facebook account.The basic user plan is too limited when it comes to the number of posts you can make in a month. Finally the arrival of the web interface of instagram makes this application very uninteresting

Planoly helps organize your social posts & saves loads of time

Generally this software has been a huge help for time management & for sharing posting plans with my partner who works remotely. It’s a great organizational tool & we love that we can use it as a team.

We love how much time we save & that we san keep our content in one place, easily schedule it & also organize & tag/add hashtags for multiple categories. So far we haven’t hit any road blocks.

Cons:

I have had a few times where I can’t seem to tag certain account & have had to manually fix this. But the bulk of the work is done so it’s easy to go in & make those additions.

What I love most about PLANOLY is that is allows me to professionally manage the publishing and posting of my social media account with great ease and peace of mind. PLANOLY offers scheduled and automated publishing of posts, including set up, hashtag options and all the features that instagram has in app for a fraction, to no cost at all.

Cons:

The only thing I have not liked about this app is the lag time between the scheduled post time and the time it actually takes to send the post through to the actual app.

Good at making pretty Instagram pages

Overall - it made pretty Instagram feeds, but now there's more to Instagram than just the feed.

I liked that I had more control over making pretty Instagram pages. It was also easy to schedule.

Cons:

I still had to approve the image for posting in Instagram, so at times it felt like I was doing the job twice. I couldn't just sit back and think job was done. I'd have to be around to check to see if it was posted.
