Pros:

I love how I get notified when an email is read, and a very no-nonsense layout and functionality. Perfect for the price point and what I use the email in my freelance business. Have this as an add-on to my WordPress page, and it's so easy to implement

Cons:

Sometimes the barebones layout in the email app can be to basic, wish it was more easy on the eyes. Does not really filter out my spam messages.

Please Do Not Work With Titan

Awful is the only word I can think of at this time. I wish I had paid more for a better email host.

Pros:

The mailbox has some nice features like saving scripts.

Cons:

It is incredible unreliable. Somehow my records keep disappearing. When you contact customer service, they will tell you what needs to be added but they do not assist with figuring out issues like when propagation takes days or weeks rather than 24-48 hours that is normal.

I love everything about Titan! I love that their team is so easy to talk to. I have not needed customer service often, but when I have needed them, they responded almost instantly with a solution.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about this excellent service.

Titan for small business really works!

Use it with Outlook 2016. Works smoothly and very reliable. In more than two years no problem providing the service.

Easy to use....efficient communication tool

I first encountered Titan Email when it came as a customized business mailing feature of a web hosting plan I had signed up for. The process of creating the email accounts of team members was extremely easy.... and managing admin privileges of the accounts was also a breeze. I have loved my experience with Titan very much.

The email tracking feature has been my favorite so far. By allowing me know exactly when a sent email has been opened and read, I am able to assess time on task by team members much better now.... particularly useful in these remote working periods.

Cons:

I haven't had much to complain about regarding the utility and functions.....it's been really great. However, background customization would be a nice addition.

Read notification is very helpful, ease of finding relevant information in various email threads for my business is super-fast, it's just a very nice professional email client! Highly recommended!

Cons:

A quick way to delete all unsent drafts would be nice, currently you have to do them one-by-one, no big deal really!

Pros:

I decided to purchase a domain name to look more professional and have no complaints with Titan Email It's very straightforward to use. I also love the way that it pops up email reminders.

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be that I would like to be able to forward emails and it's not as easy to use as Gmail for that.
