The software is good in managing sales, I like the report making which you can use to create a report that can be exported for offline reading and analyzing of sales data

Cannot use it alone, it has to integrate with other Zendesk products, but only with Zendesk products. And customisation can be a real headache, as it needs to be completely setup before getting its full potential.
