Desde que começamos a usar foram implementadas melhorias para envio de arquivos, áudios via WhatsApp e outras funcionalidades que auxiliam no atendimento do dia a dia

Por mais que seja uma linguagem de programação intuitiva/visual, acredito que poderia haver um maior treinamento sobre como implementar melhorias e customizar a plataforma para a própria empresa.

Canal do Email não funciona adequadamente; Dashboards e Relatórios muito limitados e não integrados ou seja, os numeros e dados do canal e do Flow não estão integrados aos dados e números do Zenvia Chat, com isso não temos como fazer um acompanhamento da Jornada do Cliente. E alguns conceitos e dados precisam ser melhorados e adequados a realidade dos clientes Visual e campos não customizáveis
