The platform itself is flexible and powerful — shipping profiles, hyperlocal delivery, and vendor management are well thought out. Their customer support team is very accessible over WhatsApp, which makes communication fast and personal.

Cons:

At first there were multiple functionality issues in at least 4 of their add on features that took weeks to fix.

Cons:

Support is 9.5hr time difference. This means rearranging my day to prioritize support from 6am EST during our initial months setting up all the integrations, configurations, customization.
