Pros:

So far the customer service is amazing... even when I was getting frustrated they came in and saved the day! Here I was thinking that I had to figure it out on my own and the best help would have been if someone could show me what I needed to do like walk me through it and they did the exact opposite and set it up for me!! the other app that I used prior to Shipturtle was not even close to being this good def appreciated!!

Cons:

over sea hours but questions still get answered quickly and a resolution has almost followed instantly.

Great, but has some tech issues

Overall, this program is the best option for startups who don't have much money to start with. But, of you're larger and can afford higher priced programs, I would choose those over Shipturtle just because of the non-stop random errors that put a pause on my business

Pros:

I love how many features Shipturtle comes with. The fact that vendors can generate shipping labels is a fantastic feature not found very often with competitors. The integration options are great as well. I love having Stripe as a way to pay out vendors and it builds trust. Ship Station for labels is the best option and I love having it as an integration

Cons:

My only real problem with Shipturtle is that certain issues keep plcoming back and I'm constantly having to message customer support to once again fix the problem. For example, I've had moments where it'll tell me I reached my limit for number of vendors and that I need to upgrade. I am already on the highest plan, so this error stops me from continuing my work until Shipturtle can fix it. And once that error is fixed, it seems like a new error pops up and the cycle continues. It's very frustrating.

Reasons for switching to Shipturtle

Cs cart was insanely difficult to learn. It should not be that hard to use for the price charged. I made the switch because ship turtle was much more affordable and easier to use and set up.

Ship Turtle for The Nestery

Our biggest advantage with Ship Turtle has been vendor visibility and control on inventory and order management, thus freeing up our team's time to take on other tasks.

Pros:

We are an Indian marketplace for children's products (www.thenestery.in). We have used Shipturtle for the past 3 months. We liked how it simplified the AWB booking process, and split our orders across our 200+ vendors seamlessly.

Cons:

1. Picklist based on vendor barcode. 2. Does not sync with Shopify completely so any order edits in shopify except cancellations need to be done across both platforms. 3. Does not allow change in payment mode (again point 2, does not sync completely with Shopify).

Reasons for choosing Shipturtle

Cheaper and more early stage, hence ability and willingness to customise. The team is very prompt and always available on Whatsapp.
