- it has limmited plan functions, limited payemnt menthod to choose from, and also it has limited customer support.
- The answers are thoughtful, they try to solve the problem properly, and when something isn’t part of the product direction they explain the reasoning rather than fobbing you off. Because it’s a feature-heavy plugin, I’ve ended up doing a bit of fine-tuning with PHP/CSS (sometimes using AI tools to speed things up).
- Thus far the only downside I found was the need for having an active employee in your installation and the requirement that employee is visible on the website
