- Acuity integrates well with Google Suite & our staff use it daily to manage their schedules, particularly for meetings with clients, potential clients & the public.
- it has limmited plan functions, limited payemnt menthod to choose from, and also it has limited customer support.
- some features missing: more than 1 language would be great, prices "from x", and warning when client exits without completing reservation or purchase
- Each time I have let them know that patients are not being sent SMS reminders of their appointments they have a different excuse for why that is.
