- I wish the reporting was more fleshed out and scheduling had some more user-friendliness features but overall this platform is great.
- Pricing is expensive for just a practice management software - will likely have to purchase a data collection software separately

- I wish I could meld it with other software to combine preferences and improve client data collection.
- This system does not support creating Speech, Or OT Evaluations and documents - those were written in Word/ Docs and copy/ pasted in when we used CR for documenting purposes.
