  • I have an issue with my email that persists for over two months, and now that they changed their subscription model without notice, they offered me a free upgrade for one year so when renewal comes, I'll be forced to downgrade to one of their new plans, which are far more expensive than the one I currently have.

  • The system does not know the difference between race and ethnicity, so every chart has errors. When there is one guardian for multiple children, each child has to have the guardian entered individually. When the phone number changes for the guardian, you will have to go in and change each individual child's chart.
