- I really like the customizable templates with the many different options for fillables (checkbox, text box, radio buttons, etc) and electronic signature.
- I have an issue with my email that persists for over two months, and now that they changed their subscription model without notice, they offered me a free upgrade for one year so when renewal comes, I'll be forced to downgrade to one of their new plans, which are far more expensive than the one I currently have.
- It would be nice if we had more flexibility as to what we are able to put in each text reminder (more information) and if we could do automated call and email reminders as well (after we set it up of course).
- It makes it hard because I have to go through the schedule & try to figure out whose initials they are & double check the phone number against it to confirm the appointment.
