- This EMR allows IPAD usage which allows me to face patient with data in front of me.
- My biggest con is the reporting system I find difficult to navigate at times and as a person in the billing department, we do not like the transaction you have to use for a returned payment.
- I like the Klara patient reminder system, it has allowed us to customize what we send out to your patients, like new patient forms, Prep instructions, reminders about appointments, and even allows patients to send us follow up in the form of a survey about their most recent appointments.
- It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart.
