iCare vs Mend: Which is best for you?

US-based customer service is great for our needs.

The system has very good online documentation, so if you ever get lost, it is easy to find specific help and guidance.

Customer service comfortability, documenting and charting appropriately, specific questions asked and answered, clarifications understood, flexibility to adjust scheduling; very personable.

Sometimes I get booted off when there’s a phone call that comes in during the session and I’m not sure how to turn it off make it where they don’t come in and boot me out of the class and then I have to read login and all that
