- I enjoyed using IDEXX Neo because designed to be user-friendly.
- Recently we found out the Card connect that is intgrated with Neo and recommended by Idexx had been charging us between 40-69 dollars every month since March of 2023. despite the fact that we were told everything had been cancelled.
- Good older program - needs to be upgraded to be more efficient and time sensitive for the fast pace of veterinary operations
- No upgrades- never had customer service when there were issues - we could go days of it not working correctly in our clinic with no call backs
