- Klara has completely streamlined our internal communications, has enabled us to communicate with patients via text without having to setup a separate portal, and transcribes voicemails!
- It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart.
