A Complete reliable and management solutions

We have been using MocDoc HIMS in our hospital, and overall the experience has been excellent. The software is very user-friendly, and our doctors, nurses, and administrative staff were able to learn and adapt to it quickly. One of the biggest advantages is the quick billing process, which has reduced patient waiting times and made the workflow much smoother. The system also integrates OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, and billing into a single platform, which means we no longer need to depend on multiple software solutions. This has helped us save time, reduce errors, and maintain more accurate patient records.

The best software ever

As it was a on premises training is was most comfortable, the work was perfect, in fact there were areas we were making loss for example in the pharmacy, those have been corrected, and currently a smooth flow. All staff were 100% trained and well exposed to use the software very efficiently. thanks to MocDoc.

I am able to integrate between all my departments the software is so vigilant that my profit ratio has go up by 30% we are able to maintain all patient database in a sequence, Earlier there was a difficulty on IT support and data. now it is comfortable and good

Cons:

Staff teaching and training was for 10 days, however that was mostly my staff issue on understanding.

Cons:
