- There was an issue with getting app to stop suggesting host name - we can't have that due to GDPR, it took a while to be solved and took few tries from Customer Service.
- It is very user friendly for the guest checking in and has help reduce any confusion in the office or having multiple people go to greet that person.
- Dont have the availability to cature phone numbers correctly, dont have the availability to send sms to only certain customers, dont have availability to log customers out without stating they had an appointment, and limit analytics.
