Novi AMS vs Restrict Content Pro: Which is best for you?

Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.

I didn't know about Zapier, Map Dynamics, and other programs I would need to integrate and hadn't budgeted for them.

I use the Unlimited license because I have many projects of this type and RCP speeds up my workflow a lot.

Over time, since switching hands to iThemes (now SolidWP), the support level has noticably decreased, and now we've got a current serious issue that hasn't been resolved for months. While we understand that resolving technical issues can sometimes be a complex process, the lack of communication on their part is becoming really concerning.
