Over time, since switching hands to iThemes (now SolidWP), the support level has noticably decreased, and now we've got a current serious issue that hasn't been resolved for months. As a non-profit organization with new board members every two years, StarChapter has proven to be vital in keeping us organized and providing a location for documents so that we are not exchanging a large box of documents every time the board changes.

My staff has found a workaround to link images in emails and webpages, but the site just hangs when trying to upload images. When this happens, you're forced to reload the page, which takes you out of whatever you were editing, only to not save any of what you've done. If this occurs while you're editing a webpage, you may also be locked out of the page for 5 minutes from a security feature.
