CureMD is a certified cloud-based EHR, practice management, patient portal and revenue cycle management. CureMD helps physicians and office staff manage their practice operations. It also helps practices adopt Meaningful Use - driving subsidy payments that maximize profit. CureMD's web-based technology make it a great fit for small and midsize medical practices.

CureMD's electronic prescription feature connects thousands of pharmacies across the country which enables physicians to share their patient's prescriptions with the nearest drug store. With advanced lab interfacing technology, physicians can send and receive medical supply orders from most of the nation's labs. Other features include KPI dashboard, workflow automation, iPad apps, insurance claim settlement and document management.

Pros:

CureMD is a highly flexible and constantly evolving EMR platform. As our practice expanded beyond our original scope of services to serve a broader patient population, CureMD guided us through every step of updating our workflows. The system is intuitive, easy to use, and has seamlessly adapted to our changing needs. They are cloud-based and very secure. Patient information and notes are easy to read and document.

Cons:

It sometimes takes longer to get the development team to come up with a solution, but definitely not longer than other companies, and they do come up with solutions.

Reasons for choosing CureMD

We felt it was just a better fit for our practice. The demonstration and ability to answer our questions quickly was a major play.

Pros:

I like the simplicity if the software. Everything about CureMD is very easy to navigate. Another plus is that I can view some elements of the software via an app--which is super helpful when I am on the go.

Cons:

I do not like that it only seems to function with Internet Explorer. Periodically there are glitches in the system which prevent me from completing a task.

Not the worst but definitely not the best.

It's not the worst EMR I've ever used, but there are so many things I would change about it if I had a magic wand.

Pros:

It is generally very easy to use. It doesn't have a complicated interface, so you can find pretty much anything you need on the left hand tool bar.

Cons:

It can be very buggy. There are lots of random errors that generally require intervention from the support team. We are also not crazy about some of the billing operations.

a great product-self explanatory--reliable worth for the money amazing in a sense that they bring new thing which is very understandable and appropriate with the changing health care industry

every thing is most likeable about this EMR, AND THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THEY ARE bringing new and beneficial overall to the health care as well as for the pt and offcourse for the provider as well.

CureMD has several benefits which include customization, different note templates and a secured network. It has safety measures that protect patient health information

Cons:

The absence of HCC Scores will enhance the billing process and care management. Integrating it with icd 10 creates opportunity to intervene and improve patient health outcomes.

I like CureMD's reliability, security measurement and rarity of downtimes, and easy learning curve, customer service and adaptability.

Cons:

RCM rate (improved) and 5 year term limits are less desirable, which the team need to continue to improve

Ease of use. Viewing messages and communicating with patients and the staff is easy. The software is pretty straightforward.

Cons:

Lack of integration with other EMRs, but that’s not cure MD specific. Sometimes it logs out if I use the software from another computer.

They never mention data extraction fees upfront.

Unexpected charges surfaced when requesting our own data. Moreover, the software is buggy, slow, and its obsolete interface makes it unsuitable for current medical needs.
