Cash App is a part of my everyday life and I use it to make most of my electronic transactions, including transactions for my small business.

My account was closed.. I had an account for approximately 3 months and did 3 transactions .. 1- I received money from my sister $75 and twice I sent my son $20 and they closed my account saying I violated there code of standards due to suspicious activity .. what activity.. 3 transactions .. no more than 75 dollars really .. that is what they said and there is nothing I can do to defend myself or clear up their mistake .. I was told there is no further explanation I am sorry thank you and have a nice day .. so you know what other bank "everyone" has .. Chime and you know who opened an account with no hassle no problems and in under 4 minutes .. yes me

Several years ago, my Square account was permanently closed due to an alleged violation of company policies. To this day, I still don’t know what I did wrong, and despite repeated efforts, I haven’t been able to get anyone to explain what happened or offer a way to resolve the issue. sunce July, 2020, I have relied on Square Payments and scheduling to help run my successful business. I’ve always taken pride in maintaining high standards and following all rules to protect my livelihood and reputation. It’s baffling and disheartening to be treated as if I violated policies without ever being told what I did wrong. Even now, my business continues to thrive, but this unresolved situation with Square is a stain on an otherwise positive journey. It’s not just frustrating—it’s angering—to feel shut out and dismissed by a company I trusted and worked with for so long. I understand the need for companies like Square to enforce policies and uphold high standards, but I also believe users like me deserve transparency and a chance to address issues. Closing accounts permanently without explanation or opportunity for appeal is not only unfair but also leaves loyal customers feeling abandoned. I hope Square reevaluates how it handles situations like this, because no one who values their business and plays by the rules should be left in the dark like I have been.
