  • I like that Cove sends backups directly to cloud storage that’s isolated and immutable by design, meaning ransomware or local failures can’t easily corrupt your backups.
  • The only other main issues I've ran into is user's with large resolutions like 4K on multiple monitors which can overwhelm the viewer and make it starting glitching and crash (albeit this is only for a couple of our CEO/owner levels - but this is important).

  • SysAid tracks client assets in-depth, it has project management, live chat, and version control, and the security features are reassuring.
  • This new Cloud environment and Spaces UI feels like an abandoned project that the leadership team just has not been able to call a failure and rollback yet. Either finish it or nix it.
