OneCause vs ClickBid: Which is best for you?

OneCause works perfectly for my large scale nonprofit events. While some other softwares tout themselves as being "free", I find that OneCause is worth the investment as it provides a seamless experience for guests and comprehensive event management for me.

There have only been a few things I did not like about OneCause's mobile bidding platform, mostly dealing with file types and image hosting on a thirdparty platform (dropbox) BUT those have issues have been resolved with their new platform :)

Their customer service is great-- they have a dedicated staff member assigned to you for the duration of your contract and for the day of your event at no extra charge.

Their software is outdated, and several of its features are not very customizable and are limited.
