Pros:

Bidrento´s digital platform for managing rental costs and documents like invoices automatically allows us to expand each year, be a great partner for other players in the regional real estate market, such as institutional investors, and differentiate the firm from other property managers. This is especially valuable as my company is one of the first professional landlords in the quickly growing local residential property market. Personally, I can do my job much faster, I can write invoices, generate general agreements, and access all the data I need from a single, database. Bidrento adapts fully to the different needs I have throughout the year. During August and September, I appreciate automating rental agreements the most, while during winter, with rising heating bills, Bidrento makes it much easier to allocate costs between tenants proportionally. Because Bidrento works perfectly on my mobile phone, my work is much faster and much easier to manage. I can use Bidrento to generate a new invoice and send it to the tenant while in a face-to-face meeting with them. With Bidrento, everything happens on the spot.

Cons:

I have not had the time to use all of the functionality. Specifically, their service requests module looks promising. Also they are still adding new features.

A Big Time-Saver with a Great User Experience

Recommended. The user experience is stunning and it is a real time-saver, which is massive for anyone managing rental property. Because in this business there are never enough hours in a day and Bidrento helps to get the most of our valuable time. The continuous improvement of the product and the way they take time to listen to us gives me confidence that we will stick with Bidrento for a long time and it will grow to be a bigger part of the way we work.

The user experience wowed us from the first moment we saw it. There really is nothing quite like it out there in terms of the simplicity and the professional feel of the user interface. In our business we take great pride in offering a great customer experience to our tenants. The software facilitates that by organizing all of our vital data, offering nifty automation just where needed and makes routine tasks effortless. The solution saves a lot of time for accommodation and property managers like myself. What makes us different is that our job does not end when we hand over the space to the tenant. It only starts then and continues throughout the tenant’s stay with us. For companies like us, wanting to cover the entire tenant lifecycle, Bidrento is the best software. Out of all features of the solution, the key benefit for me lies in automating processes: from rental agreements, invoicing to tenant self-service. If a key process can be automated in rental property management, Bidrento probably already does it or they will listen to your suggestion on what to add. The commitment to process automation is unique in its field.

Cons:

Nothing major. They have put a lot of effort into functionality empowering the landlord to offer a better tenant experience recently and now they are putting focus back on ironing out a few details we would like to see improved. The good thing is that they take our suggestions seriously and pass them along to their development team.

Pros:

A great fit for residential property portfolios, Bidrento closely mirrors real property management processes. Reclaiming precious time by ensuring all of the essential information is accurate and easily accessible in a single place. Five years ago we started diversifying from commercial property to residential rental units. At first, we tried quite a rudimentary setup of Google Sheets for apartment and property data, Dropbox for hosting rental agreements and accounting software on the side. We were always a bit fearful of having one number in spreadsheets and another in a different place. Making mistakes more likely and our work more burdensome. Then we also tried a solution that was meant for housing associations, but that did not fit our rental property portfolio at all as it lacked functionality connected to rental agreements. We decided to go with Bidrento as it best met our fundamental requirements and matched the way we work. The software has vastly improved how we manage units and buildings. The property manager can see all the detailed unit information faster and from the management point of view, I can monitor vacancies at a glance. Handling rental agreements is easier and sending out the first invoice after an agreement has been signed is effortless.

Cons:

A few new developments such as closer integration with our accounting software provider would allow us to to truly reach a new level of automation. We have discussed these and I understand they are in the process of figuring out how to do that.

Pros:

From the first moment, Bidrento stood out with its attention to design and detail. The software was intuitive, easy to use and allowed our team to get more done than the preceding solution we used. The main functionality for managing units, buildings, rental agreements is rock solid and I feel confident in endorsing it. It does simplify property management and frees up time. Bidrento has honed in on automating communication, tasks and document sharing. Creating a tool anyone managing rental property portfolios can find value in. For our co-living rental properties, in particular, we are always looking to provide extraordinary experiences, and its new tenant-oriented features, such as offering extra services digitally or a unique tenant app, fits with the wider direction where we want to grow the company: maximising our NPS and tenant satisfaction benchmarks.

Cons:

A few small additional steps that they need to take remain. I have suggested what those should be and they are tuned in to what we want a property management tool to look like.

The way Bidrento links together different parts of my work into a cohesive whole gives a big boost to my productivity. Managing five or more different spreadsheets, with documents all over the place is no longer feasible in the dynamic, fast-paced world of today. What makes the solution truly exceptional for me is that I can use the full capability of the software on mobile. I can take all of my work with me: access essential data, answer important questions and solve problems on the go. This is a must-have. Crucially, the software also gets the small things that matter in property management right. Creating new rental agreements and handling invoicing is impressively simple with Bidrento. Our rental property portfolio is part of a larger investment firm, which has close to 1 billion USD under management. Bidrento helps to stay agile and composed when quite detailed new corporate initiatives branch out in a lot of directions but need to be implemented fast.

Cons:

The only downside is that we have not utilized the software to its full potential yet, as it offers so much. But, the company has offered an in-depth training session to remedy that

Easy to use and doesn’t require any additional implementations or IT skills. I would especially underline how remarkably fast generating invoices and distributing utility costs and expenses between tenants is with Bidrento.

Cons:

For our small business it is more than enough, so everything is good.

Ticks all the boxes for me: Bidrento helps with the main processes of managing rental properties, does what it is supposed to do and has a simple, clear user interface. I can find the information I need faster and do not have to exhaust myself by searching for files somewhere on the cloud or data in one of the many spreadsheets, as was the case previously.

Cons:

With a final small push of implementing a handful of new features, they could really raise the software to the next level. Overall: With Bidrento, everything is in one place and easy to get hold of. Great for practically-minded property managers who need to get things done with zero fuss.

We started growing our real estate portfolio a year ago and Bidrento has been with us from the beginning. I would say their software helped us a lot and the more real estate we have the more positive effect we see.

Cons:

For a very small portfolio it has more functionalities than we needed but now when we have been growing each month we are using Bidrento much more.

I would definetly recommend it

Although we just started to use Bidrento, I have no doubt that we will continue to use Bidrento in the future. It is a very important system in our business thanks to which we are also able to grow even faster.

Bidrento was a great decision when we were looking at Property Management Software for our fast-growing built-to-rent portfolio. We needed something really advanced with different functionalities and at the same time which will be user friendly and easy to use. Bidrento integrated different parties, so everything is now in one place. Also their team and developers listen to their customers’ needs and respond very quickly. They even took care of all communication between different parties while making all needed integrations, which has been very helpful. In addition, one important part for us was that we wanted to have outstanding solution for our tenants. This was also the reason why we choosed Bidrento as now we are able to provide quite innovative solution for our tenants.

Cons:

Currently all fine. Maybe need to use more time, so can find something.

Pros:

Automation of all the invoicing processes is a game-changer. Utility invoices are not the pain anymore and this has made a huge change in our workflow. Really easy to use and nice interface.

Cons:

Satisfied, nothing to complain about the product.
