About Charityproud
Charityproud is a cloud-based nonprofit management solution suitable for small to midsize nonprofit organizations. Key features include constituent management, donation and pledge tracking, campaign and event management, email integration and analytics.
Charityproud enables users to track mailings, touchpoints, volunteer work and events where a constituent has participated. Users can also charge credit cards directly from constituent records and track matching gifts and soft credits. The donation management feature supports batch donation entry and is able to automatically bill donors monthly, quarterly, yearly or on a custom schedule.
Charityproud includes event management functionality that enables users to manage event budget and goals and coordinate event tasks. Attendees can register for different components of an event, and an online registration form can be created for volunteers to sign up on the web, allowing users to track activities, schedules and attendance.
Charityproud is available on a monthly subscription pricing model.

At the same time, we recognize the importance of investing in a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use CRM/volunteer management system. Although the customer service and training departments are very helpful, the software is challenging to use when trying to analyze data or customize the donor experience. Having previously utilized Blackbaud products, the learning curve on Charityproud is easier, but the options available are not comprehensive.

Charityproud makes fundraising much easier

Since switching to Charityproud, I've been happy with the change. Using this service has made fundraising a much easier task. We can set up campaigns and mini-campaigns to suit our needs. I'm also very pleased with the customer support. When I have a question that I can't answer with the online support center, out customer rep has always come through with a solution.
