- I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the Idloom platform, whether it's for presenting an event, fully customizing a registration form, precisely tracking the registration process or exporting a participant file.
- However, at present, any available spots simply reappear on the website, which diminishes the value of the waitlist since individuals must return to the site to book a released space. While the Idloom team has been supportive, there were instances when we required urgent meeting arrangements but did not receive prompt responses.
