It meets all of my gift processing, grant writing, event planning, donor relations and communication needs. AND the DP team is very helpful and responsible when I need them.

The structure of records is lacking in certain features like household records, soft credit donations, and the ability to distinguish gifts from event registrations.

There is a great capacity for making reports customizable and being able to filter just the right information for your needs.

From time to time I have researched other CRM's as we grow because a member portal could be useful for our organization and is not offered in Eleo, but it is always just a headache and I discovered that other companies don't really offer anything more than Eleo and are a lot more money per month.
