DonorPerfect vs Flipcause: Which is best for you?

It meets all of my gift processing, grant writing, event planning, donor relations and communication needs. AND the DP team is very helpful and responsible when I need them.

The structure of records is lacking in certain features like household records, soft credit donations, and the ability to distinguish gifts from event registrations.

It's not the prettiest interface, but we've had no technical issues at all, and when we've had questions about how to use the product, customer service has been excellent. Plus, it's affordable for our small non-profit.

Payout requests have been in a perpetual state of 'processing delay' for over 6 months and we have not received any of the funds owed to us since May 2025.
