I love how you can set a limit to the number of participants per activity and that families can see the number of spaces available or the number of participants on the waitlist.

Payments take a long time to get into our account (7-8 days) vs the competition (1-2 days).

Relatively good user interface so it’s easy to use on client side.

Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.
