Huge Help with Multi-Staff Pastoral Care

Seamless. They were a huge help transferring date at the beginning and when we have questions they are very responsive.

Notebird helps us manage and coordinate pastoral care for our congregation among the staff, reducing repetition and being clear about needs/care we can provide.

Cons:

We wish it synced with our church database, ACS/Realm

Pros:

It's so easy in Notebird to keep a running history of my pastoral care of each church member to pull up for future reference. The milestone reminders are also a helpful feature. It's also very easy to group members and customize your update subject fields.

Cons:

Synching Notebird with our church management software was a bit of a trick, but Notebird's customer service was remarkably responsive and got everything running smoothly in short order.

An amazing tool !!!

Note bird has made my line of work as a leader of multiple pastors under me so much better and effective and has allowed for us to better integrate our relationships among the people

The ease of use, and yet the depth of its value, was one reason we invested on the entire team!

I would have liked for it to be an app and not just an extension of Safari or Google Chrome on my mobile device

Our Team can easily keep updated on changes and updates of our members - this is vital for a team that is rarely in the same room.

Cons:

Importing large amounts of data can be challenging - we have thousands of entries that we didn't expect / desire when importing data

Pros:

The milestone feature is super helpful to remember important dates for members of congregation. It has opened the door to deeper relationships in our church.

Cons:

Some of the limitations on interfacing with the app. The address input is sometimes annoying because it tries to add without zip code and we need zip codes.

Pros:

love the note keeping features and the ease of management. Makes ministry more efficient and saves time in meetings. The tasks feature is great too.

Cons:

There is not an automatic feature that can keep up with assigning members to prayer lists on a rotational basis. this must be done manually, assigning individuals to prayer list.

Pros:

Notebird not only assists our ministry staff in communicating pastoral care acts and prayer needs but also allows us mobile access to contact information and milestones while away from the office.

Cons:

We are not yet accessing all avenues of Notebird, including task assignments. I do deeply appreciate the ability to restrict some updates for just certain aspects of our team.
