What I like most about Cash App is the convenience of being able to move money even without a bank account.

Cons:

What I like least about Cash App is the lack of security measures it enforces, however this has greatly improved with having to option to lock your card until you are ready to use or move money.

Not everyone uses Cash App and you cannot schedule payments ahead of time which means I have constant reminders to send payments.

I love how I can get my paycheck through CashApp and basically treat it like a bank account!

Cons:

Nothing really but if I had to come up with something I would say I miss the boosts or at least the variety of boosts! They used to be so good too!

Frustration Over Unexplained Account Closure

Several years ago, my Square account was permanently closed due to an alleged violation of company policies. To this day, I still don’t know what I did wrong, and despite repeated efforts, I haven’t been able to get anyone to explain what happened or offer a way to resolve the issue. sunce July, 2020, I have relied on Square Payments and scheduling to help run my successful business. I’ve always taken pride in maintaining high standards and following all rules to protect my livelihood and reputation. It’s baffling and disheartening to be treated as if I violated policies without ever being told what I did wrong. Even now, my business continues to thrive, but this unresolved situation with Square is a stain on an otherwise positive journey. It’s not just frustrating—it’s angering—to feel shut out and dismissed by a company I trusted and worked with for so long. I understand the need for companies like Square to enforce policies and uphold high standards, but I also believe users like me deserve transparency and a chance to address issues. Closing accounts permanently without explanation or opportunity for appeal is not only unfair but also leaves loyal customers feeling abandoned. I hope Square reevaluates how it handles situations like this, because no one who values their business and plays by the rules should be left in the dark like I have been.

Running my business through Square, Block. Taking payment's and scheduling.

Cons:

The fact that they have never explained why my account was permanently closed. I have read the complany rules and regulations several times. I never came across anything that I have done to cause my account to be closed. I have been asking for clarification numerous times. I never receive any response back from them.

Their customer service is really awful, their representatives don’t really have much power to do solve problems and have to escalate and escalate the issue until higher ups jump in to fix it.

Pros:

Cash App has given us a new way for our congregation to support the ministry. Many of our younger congregants already used it and it was a no brainer to jump on board.

Cons:

I wish they had a way to defer the fees to the payer. Other platforms we use for church giving have this feature and many of our congregation like that. Also wish that there would be some way for the payer to opt in to share their address info or email so we could mail them a contribution statement at the end of the year.

I like it because there are free money transfers and no account fees same as direct deposit and investment capabilities.

Cons:

It has transaction fees also lack of buyer protection and initial limits on sending and receiving amounts of money last thing it also dose not have FDIC insured meaning your money is not guaranteed if cash app were to fail.

because PayPal freezes up on me to much and other issues with the app also.
