Klarna is a payment processing platform, which helps businesses streamline customers' checkout experiences using on-site messages, marketing banners and more. It messaging widget enables retailers to display offered payment methods based on item prices and shopping basket's size.

Good Platform

My experience with Klarna has been good most of the time, and I find it a pretty convenient way for customers to pay. Notwithstanding, I found some issues to get refunds.

It does offer a fractionable payment method without interest It won't affect any credit score towards traditional banking systems.

Cons:

It does not have a good customer support at all. There are no phone numbers or chat systems to get human prompt response to issues that might appear.

Klarna does not charge any interest at the purchase moment, then customers might pay exactly the price as suggested without any additional amount.

I found a better chance to pay without interest and compromising credit score using Klarna system over Traditional Banking Credit Cards.

ADVISE TO STAY AWAY-TO AVOID STRESS

Horrible customer service is useless and there pretty much is no customer service. They will just keep repeating that it's computer generated.

Cons:

Worst app ever. They will punish you for an app that you trying to purchase from, having a glitch, then they put your purchase power down and make you pay more upfront, instead of 4 equal payments. Even though, you have never had issues making payments, and shop with them a lot, they don't care. They don't value their customers or their satisfaction at all. Customer service is useless, sorry but they are, always overseas representatives, who can do absolutely nothing to help you with your issues. Asked to speak to a manager over a month ago, and still have not heard back. Tried purchasing from Walmart, Walmart has a your message saying the time of delivery alot was taken, so it forced me to go back and checkout again. They charged my card twice, I got my money back though from Walmart, Walmart is great, but Klarna now is punishing me, put my purchase power down and makes me pay almost 3/4 of the amount of purchase upfront. Kind of defeats the purpose of the Klarna app doesn't it. So Walmart was having a glitch on their app, and Klarna is punishing me for it. Will never use this stupid app again, will pay what I owe and then never use them again. This is not worth the stress.

I like that you can use Klarna almost as a credit card, if you need to purchase something and don’t want to pay in full you can choose a payment plan to help suite your finances, it is very easy to use it explains everything right on screen, the payment processing is quick and easy process, you can subscribe to get a hard copy of the Klarna card where you can use as a debit or kind of like a credit card, you can plan a purchase and use the card at any store that it’s accepted it took me a couple minutes to learn how this app works, and customer support is great I haven’t really had any problems since using the app, the advertising they do to help you purchase from company’s that support the app is great they offer cash back and some discounts also & they offer to reschedule a payment if you can’t make it at the selected date this is a great app i haven’t had a problem yet, 10/10 service

Cons:

There’s not many cons I really experienced on this app yet it all seems reasonable and a very helpful tool to use to balance out finances for big purchases

Worst and worst

They are dragging out procedures to avoid refunding amounts in dispute following potential fraud with Agoda. This is the third email I've received asking for an explanation after explaining everything in a previous email and a phone call. It's over for me, and be careful in the future with companies like Klarna.

Boo thumbs down

Really pissed off that we have no choice but to add another stupid code in to remember when I only use the app to store cards. If I was using this app to make purchases it would make sense. But I do not and never will so having me need a code to sign in is a dumb waste of my time.

Terrible app don’t sign into it because you won’t be able to get out of it

Terrible app. Can’t sign in keep sending me to text numbers to continue. I put them in and then the screen gets locked. Most frustrating app I’ve ever ever used.

Tried to sign in they keep sending me verification codes. I keep putting them in. I want to chat with somebody can’t can’t sign in. It’s the most useless app I’ve ever been on. I can’t even delete it because I can’t sign into this stupid thing.

Cons:

Can’t sign in can’t get to chat with anybody your phone there and they can’t help me so don’t waste your time calling there and you can’t even delete the app because you have to be able to sign in which you can’t sign in. It’s ridiculous waste of time.

Overall, I love using Klarna, especially when you see something that you need or just have to have. Klarna allows you to get what you want, when you want it and pay for it over time at your convenience.

Just like Afterpay, Klarna has been such an amazing payment service. I love it! It allows you to break your order total up into smaller payments, that you can pay over time.

Cons:

Klarna, though it is super cool. Is not offered everywhere you may shop. But that's okay, because chances are, you will find it offered at a store you do like to shop at.
