About TUIO

TUIO is a school management system that centralizes all enrollment, waitlisting, reporting, billing and payments in one online portal to help streamline processes. With TUIO, users can register, enroll and waitlist students all in one platform.

TUIO’s billing functionality allows users to bill parents for everything, including tuition and daycare fees, registration fees, field trips, lunches, uniforms and more. TUIO offers families convenience by allowing them to pay online by pre-authorized debit, credit and debit cards without any cumbersome set up process.

The system also includes fundraising and donations tools. Schools can set up online fundraisers, track donations, and send automatic receipts. Communication tools empower schools to send important messages, share attachments, and stay connected with parents and families. With TUIO, schools can focus on education while the platform handles administrative tasks.

TUIO is a great option for Schools.

I love TUIO! I would recommend TUIO to any school that is looking for a simple and easy platform to use. One of the best parts about TUIO is how responsive they are and willing to help ANY time you need it. I have never had to wait long for help from TUIO if i ever needed anything. They are always looking for ways to improve as well. I love TUIO

TUIO has a simple and easy platform for admissions and enrollment. It is easy to to store and track student profiles, enter invoices and create forms for the parents.

Cons:

There is not anything I dislike about. If i had to say anything at all it would be not being able to add our logo how we want it on forms.

Pros:

TUIO has saved us time and effort as we no longer have to prepare and send out invoices and with pre-authorized payments, we virtually never have to chase down clients for missed payments. The support team is always quickly available when we have had questions or suggestions.

Cons:

It would be nice if there options to make input forms a bit more attractive.

The best part of using TUIO is the fantastic customer service provided by their team. You can get in touch with someone almost instantly for support and answer to your questions.

Cons:

It does require some getting used to as any new software does but it is not overly complicated.

TUIO Staff & Support made it very easy to move from being a paper-based school only accepting cash & checks to having more flexibility with accepting different types of payments and keeping forms online!

Cons:

There was not really anything that we did not like about TUIO. There are certain software features, such as adding on options with the Tuition registration that could be made simpler, but we have found ways to make it work regardless!

Tuio was more customer friendly and the support staff made a huge difference when it came to making our decision.

The best part about TUIO is the customer service they provide. They are super speedy in responding to questions, they explain things in a way that is easy to understand! They are so helpful. Also, their product is not confusing to use at all!

Cons:

I wish I got an email when a payment fails.

The TUIO team is very responsive and able to answer or resolve questions within 24 hours if not sooner. They always provide resources to help guide us in the right direction.

Cons:

Some of the reports in TIOU are quite lengthy with lots of fields. It would be nice to be able to streamline the reports option so you can select the fields you need to see.

Reasons for switching to TUIO

We switched because the platform was not easy for the teachers or the parents to use and it was very expensive.

"Convenient, Transparent, and Parent-Friendly A Must Have for School Payments"

Overall, my experience with TUIO as a parent has been excellent. It has simplified school payments, made billing transparent, and saved me so much time. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate, whether I’m viewing invoices, making payments, or checking my account history. Communication from the school is clear and organized, all in one place. While there’s some room for improvement with notification settings and interface design, the benefits far outweigh any minor issues. TUIO provides peace of mind and convenience that every busy parent needs. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

TUIO has made managing school payments so easy and stress-free as a parent. The platform is clear, secure, and very easy to use. I love getting timely reminders and being able to pay fees quickly from my phone or computer. No more lost cheques or late payments! Everything is organized in one place, and I always know exactly what I’m being billed for. The communication features are also a great bonus as everything feels streamlined and professional. It’s clear that TUIO understands what busy parents need. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend it. Five stars!

Cons:

What I like least about TUIO is that sometimes the email notifications can feel a bit frequent or repetitive, especially when there are multiple updates or reminders in a short time. It would be nice to have more control over notification settings or to customize how and when reminders are sent. Also, while the platform is very user-friendly overall, the interface could benefit from a slightly more modern look or mobile app option for even quicker access. That said, these are minor concerns compared to the convenience and clarity TUIO provides for managing school payments.

TUIO Helps Us Run Our School & ECE

TUIO has been a great asset to our company. We chose them when we were first starting out, as they were recommended to us. Once you figure it out, it's easy to use! Customer service is excellent and they're constantly making improvements to the software.

Cons:

There was a little bit of a learning curve to create forms and use some of the features. Some parents have a harder time with this learning curve.

Great application for Schools & Daycares

Overall TUIO is a great application for schools and Daycares. Customer service is also outstanding. It has made taking payments very easy. Apart from that it has everything that you need for managing a school. Highly recommended.

TUIO is great application for Registrations & Payments. Not only its great for administration but also for the parents. Its secure and user-friendly. It saves a lot of time and is great for management.

Cons:

If you have multiple campuses it doesn't duplicate the information from one to another. It would be more efficient if it can do that.
