About StoriiCare

Storiicare is a cloud-based long-term care solution that enables adult daycare centers, assisted living providers and nursing homes to manage processes related to patients’ admissions, communications, staff scheduling and more. It comes with an application programming interface, which allows users to import data and integrate the solution with several third-party systems.

Storiicare helps care providers communicate with staff or family members, curate custom music/film playlists for users and maintain notes on patients’ progress. Professionals can create custom care plans, track updates, manage documents and receive reminders on various activities. Additionally, it lets users manage maintenance tasks, record accidents and stream content via digital screens.

Storiicare provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices for professionals to handle plans, playlists and more, even from remote locations. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via documentation, live chat, FAQs, phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

It reduces the errors of having incorrect information about each patient in order to keep a safe control of each medical record. It is a platform that stores all the clinical history of each patient in a very safe way and with the ease of accessing it from anywhere. It helps me a lot to have the precise information of each client

Structured, Transparent, and Care-Focused

Overall, our experience with StoriiCare has been positive. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, especially during onboarding and template setup. The system provides good value for money by improving organization, compliance tracking, and caregiver oversight while also strengthening communication with families through the portal. While there is an initial learning curve and some usability refinements that could make charting faster, it has become a reliable day-to-day platform for care documentation, scheduling visibility, and team coordination.

Pros:

StoriiCare keeps our care documentation, care plans, daily notes, ADL tracking, and incident reporting all in one organized system, which greatly improves communication between caregivers and leadership. The care plan templates save time and create consistency across residents, and the family portal is a feature we really value because it provides transparency without adding extra administrative work. The platform is generally intuitive once set up, making it easier for CNAs and nurses to adopt. It also supports caregiver management well by allowing us to assign tasks, monitor completion, and maintain accountability. For the price, it delivers strong value as a centralized hub for compliance and record-keeping, especially for small to mid-sized care organizations.

Cons:

We would like more native checkbox or quick-select inputs in note sections to reduce typing during real-time charting. Because these aren’t always available, we sometimes create tables and have staff manually type responses, which is less efficient. Some workflows require multiple clicks to reach, and deeper customization for reports and formatting would be helpful. We haven’t experienced major bugs, but occasional navigation and formatting limitations can slow staff down slightly. Scheduling and billing features work for basic needs, but organizations with more complex staffing or finance structures may still prefer pairing StoriiCare with a dedicated scheduling or accounting tool.

Pros:

The Care Planning and Outcomes modules are good, as well as the Look and Feel of the site as a whole. We have had good feedback about the mobile app and the help chat too. The ability to request features and see the roadmap as it progresses is useful and gives a platform to shape the product. StoriiCare has given us a good solution to digital care planning and is mostly easy to use and intuitive.

Cons:

Some features which we believed were already functioning from the initial sales pitch and demo are not yet implemented such as custom forms, custom tasks, custom assessments. The format of care plan (and other) exports is not very well implemented as there is no page break logic included. Many features added seem to be aimed towards a different user base than our own sector - with many additions being focused on US centric day care centres.

Pros:

Absolutely everything. The SC team is amazing - from their customer support to really "getting it", the product speaks for itself. It is so easy to use and train students on. All of the features that the program has and continues to update on are exactly what we were missing for years. Communicating with our clients, team and everyone in between has been improved 100%. Excellent value, we never feel like we are being "upsold". Our intake process is also a lot more seamless now between our 2 programs thanks to the form builder and other features.

Cons:

Some features can be a bit glitchy sometimes and there are "bugs" that do happen, however, the team is always vigilant in fixing it or helping our team navigate solutions.

Customizability and user-friendly software! Storii makes it a cinch to organize patient data, chart on medications, and complete Care Plans.

Cons:

Storii took some time to get used to -- like any new software. Also, its relative newness to the field means many bugs are still being worked out.

Reasons for choosing StoriiCare

Storii offers a unique way to chart based around person-centered care. This is KEY to our Adult Day service.

Reasons for switching to StoriiCare

WellSky (formerly ADS) was bloated and slow -- completely not user-friendly. Their customer services was slow/unresponsive, and it did not suit our relational work culture.

Pros:

The calendar option, being able to have a library of all my activites is helpful.

Cons:

Storii Care freezes a lot. Also when you are typing in a note into messages when you hit send it deletes your entire message.

Extremely user-friendly, person-centered approach to data management

StoriiCare's product is top of the line, absolutely unmatched in other database software particularly for Adult Day Programs such as my organization. What I have been the most impressed with, however, is the customer service. Every person on my team was able to have private training sessions with a StoriiCare team member, allowing them to learn the software at their own pace and ask any relevant questions. I would give StoriiCare a 10/10 and am confident this software will become a staple in all high efficiency senior programs.

Everyone in my organization has enjoyed this software, even those who take a bit more time in adopting new technologies. I think the interface is perfect, very simple and no fuss. I like the importance of photos, for staff and service users, in this software as a visual cue is extremely helpful in note taking and task assignments.

Cons:

I found everything in this software easy to use.

Over a one year span, he hosted about three in depth demos for various stakeholders, was quick to reply with any info we needed for grants and kept in touch while we worked on acquiring funds for the software. Highly Recommend Storiicare!

Overall we are happy and satisfied with Storiicare. It is easy to use, and their customer support team is fantastic. I have booked several one-on-one support sessions and they helped me build mailing lists and create reports for grants. So appreciative of their friendly expertise!

What I love most about Storiicare is their customer support! They are always available to help, via chat, email or booking a one-on-one video call. I am so appreciative to the support team as they are extremely helpful, great support and wonderful to work with.

Cons:

Honestly no complaints, I do wish there was a way to bulk check-in members by date and time, just clicking the members names through a list.

Essential tool for every day care.

Responsive, review calls help to keep unlocking features of the platform as we get used to using it. Great that Storii take feedback and then share with tech team to see if changes can be made realistic.

A fantastic tool that makes planning daily activities for clients easy. All client information in one place but info can also be shared with parent / carers about a clients day. Accessible and vital tool for staff.

Cons:

Master login needed to be used when laptops update, means that staff have to request this and it can be time consuming

Pros:

StoriiCare's ease of use and amazing customer support team have made the transition from paper to electronic record keeping seamless.

Cons:

Our biggest "dislike" at the moment is not being able to change the calendar background, but that option is already pending according to their feature request.
