About uniFLOW

uniFLOW is a modular multifunction printer (MFP) management tool that is suitable for organizations of all sizes needing to manage printing, scanning, and copying. The key features of the solution include full reporting and cost accounting, job routing, and secure mobile printing.

Additionally, uniFLOW offers universal printer drivers, device authentication, print budgets and output cost tracking to streamline print management operations. It provides print room management tools that can enable the management of ticketing for corporate reprographic departments (CRDs) and rerouting of large or complex jobs to print rooms. The solution also includes a web submission module, allowing CRDs to offer online product catalogs, price quotes, shopping carts and payment processing.

uniFLOW can be integrated with third party devices for businesses to track and manage all of their printing and associated costs. Native iOS and Android apps allow users to print from any location or network from their own devices.

Great to have in the office

It's a fantastic all round product which allows our users to print securely, as well as being managed from an Administrators point of view. It has also caused less printing which is a cost saving and great for the environment.

Pros:

The management aspect is easy to use and the general use for staff is very easy and secure which is a must in this modern age.

Cons:

Don't have a least like regarding the software.

Uniflow - Not a finished product

Better than using print servers in many respects. But it has a long way to go. User's who use a VPN cannot really use it , as it gets confused. Also when printing in color or in duplex, sometimes there are issues where that choice does not work. Also Zebra printers do not work with it.

Pros:

When it works, it is OK. Just Ok. The Uniflow service running icon disappears, and the user must open task manager to close Uniflow, then manually reopen. That or reboot every time this happens. Also ,when setting up printers, the location keeps wiping out, so you must re-select the location constantly. printers sometimes do not show up for users, after a Uniflow update.
