About LoopedIn

LoopedIn is a product management software designed to help eCommerce businesses, bloggers and marketing teams collect customers’ feedback, plan roadmaps and announce updates. The platform enables administrators to receive votes on different product-related ideas, evaluate demands and prioritize responses on a drag-and-drop interface.

Managers can add custom tags and categories to filter feedback and track progress across public roadmaps in real-time. LoopedIn allows teams to announce product-related news, updates and announcements via email, news feeds and embeddable widgets across websites. Additionally, operators can set up objectives, display release dates, control visibility of different columns and receive comments on white-labeled roadmaps.

LoopedIn offers an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications including Slack, Jira and Zapier. Pricing is based on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base, chat and email.

Great tool to help build product roadmap

We are building a product for a service agency called propovpoce. To create a public roadmap we have been searching loot to find a great tool. finally, we got loopedin link from someone. it's just an awesome tool to create a public roadmap and get feedback from end users. Best wishes for loopedin.

Simple yet Powerful Ways to Showcase Roadmaps, Capture Idea and Showcase Progress

Overall this is the easiest and most transparent way of capturing inputs and showcasing your progress to them. Great product!

Pros:

1. LoopedIn is very simple to get started. It is very organized and you can in just a matter of minutes have your roadmap, idea capture and progress reporting ready 2. It helps you categorize ideas thus making it easy to get insights rather than just information 3. You can apply your brand settings and make it look like a part of your site, rather than a stand alone tool

Cons:

One area of improvement could be integration. Integrations with some of the popular marketing tools, and webhooks can make this an absolute solid product.

Did not honor early adopters' investment

Weak sauce. They took a cash grab and left everyone hanging.

Seemed to have promise until they bailed out

Cons:

They've flatly refused to honor prior commitments to lifetime deal early supporters, hanging them out to dry completely. This is unacceptable, regardless of lame excuses and sob stories.

Great platform to deliver roadmaps, announce product updates, and collect ideas from your users!

My experience using Productstash so far has been pretty much delightful I can't wait to see the upcoming updates live!

Pros:

Starting by the creator of this tool I've seen a great support from him on the platforms they're showing up plus on the FB group, constantly pushing updates to improve it! Actually this product was considered as the best marketplace deal of 2020, I see a lot of potential on this tool since the development team it is pretty much active on pushing updates, what I like the most is that it has all the essential features you can expect from any similar product, it has a lot of customization options plus a really promising roadmap, always listening to their users also I really like the user interface of the platform, it is fresh, modern and minimalist :)

Cons:

Well so far they've some things I believe they can improve (already voted as ideas on their platform!), these are regarding the widget in order to have even more control of the customizations and the most recent improvement: pagination for the ideas section.

Get a Roadmap like the Big Tech Company's

Pros:

With LoopedIn you can have a roadmap on your site that allows your customers to see what you're working on and what's up next. They can also suggest new ideas, and people can vote on them. This allows you to see what your customers want most and then you can adjust your plans accordingly. The UI and UX of the app is easy to understand and implement. Basic sidebar on the left side, info and options on the right. It's a complete platform, with analytics, voting stats, and a way to post updates to your customers.

Cons:

The free plan is enough to get started for most people. The downside is that you can't get a custom domain unless you are on a paid plan.

Reasons for choosing LoopedIn

I saw the deal on AppSumo and wanted to give it a try. Whenever I shop for apps there I always check the company's roadmap. This helps me feel like I can trust the company. So why not have my own, so that my customers can feel the same way?

Using the iframe embed we are able to incorporate our product roadmap into our customer portal, allowing customers to comment and make suggestions - fully involving them in the development of our product.

Cons:

No issues whatsoever with the software so well - it's been really beneficial.

The perfect roadmap tool

The product is absolutely awesome - the roadmap is super clean and nice, and it's even possible to also have internal items on the Roadmap which are not visible to customers. Also the ideas functionality (for customers to submit, upvote, comment on ideas) is really cool - but it would be even better if there was some sort of authentication - even a simple HMAC (just to see the username and prevent duplicate upvotes) would be great. But so far it's working great for us.

The roadmap is just awesome - It does make it some easier (and nicer !!) to keep customers updated, with all those neat little details and the update widget.

Cons:

I would love if there was a more customizable version of the widget - e.g. trigger it with Javascript (without going through hoops with submitting click events to hidden buttons) - and not all strings are customizable (translatable) yet, but I guess that will be fixed soon

Pros:

We use ProductStash for our conversion rate optimization projects, as a backlog to share ideas with our clients and prioritize them. We have tried different options in the past but none fit our needs as ProductStash. Besides the amazing tool, there is a great team behind always willing to listen to their customers' suggestions. I couldn't recommend it more.

Cons:

We haven't found any limitation with the product, and when we made some suggestions, their team was really receptive with the feedback.
