About Spoke

Spoke (formerly Circuit) is a delivery management solution that helps businesses of all sizes streamline route optimization, driver tracking and customer management operations. It enables managers to create and assign delivery routes to drivers, prioritize tasks based on customers’ requirements and add additional notes for delivery executives.

Field service workers can use the application to capture and store recipient names, signatures and photos in a centralized repository. Features of Spoke include data storage management, workflow automation, GPS tracking, permission management, notifications, reporting and more. Additionally, drivers can view the estimated arrival time (ETA) for multiple stops across the planned route and automatically update delivery details in case of delays.

Spoke facilitates integration with various third-party applications, enabling businesses to synchronize data related to route dispatching in bulk. Pricing is available on a monthly subscription and support is extended via phone, email, knowledge base and other online measures.

Route optimization is critical to our business. Circuit does a good job at this.

Cons:

I can set "Arrive between (Hours:Minutes) and (Hours:Minutes)" but I have several customers who are closed for an hour or two for lunch. Support can't tell me how to schedule around those closed hours. Seems simple to me.

I love the ease of use and how much time it saves me on a daily basis.

Cons:

Sometimes if takes me down roads that no longer exist or someone’s backyard that looks like a road. Gets a lil irritating since I’m back logging but I’ve starting to pick it up faster and map around it

It gives ease to me for making routes for our Drivers. I make nearly 12 to 14 routes everyday across the UK using Circuit. I was using it in my previous company and I suggested it to my new company owners. They liked it and bought subscription immediately. Previously they were using Free Bing Maps for routes. Overall its very convenient and time saver.

Cons:

Please improve upload through spreadsheets by entering less options. We have to put too many data into the spreadsheet.

This is the best routing software on the market, hands down.

We've used Circuit almost daily for a month now, and it's changed our efficiency drastically. I have more time to focus on other tasks in the morning, other than sorting a route for our drivers. Circuit even notifies our clients of a potential arrival time so we don't have to constantly be on the phone updating our arrival times. There are too many benefits to go over it all, but the real icing on the cake is the support from Circuit itself. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] took the time to demo the product, and teach me as much as they could so my first time using things went smoothly. When issues arose, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I honestly can't recommend this product enough.

Pros:

By far, Circuit is the most user-friendly app on the market. Being able to plan the day for your drive team from your laptop, then send it to your team via a smartphone app that has the ability to overlay over Google Maps or Waze makes using this a breeze for admin and drivers alike. You can also pre-load a spreadsheet with all the required information, and the app will import everything for you saving time, and more importantly sanity versus some of the other apps on the market.

Cons:

Not being able to edit the route as an admin after being sent to drivers can be a bit cumbersome at times, but considering all the other great functions this is really a minor issue.

In looking for a paid service, the cost was either astronomically high for our needs, or not nearly as functional as necessary.

I liked customer support. [sensitive content hidden] has always been very helpful with our requests and available for us. Also very transparent about feature requests.

Cons:

Nothing, I think the tool is great there are some integrations ongoing that will even improve it.

Volumes are lower so Google Maps is sufficient and free.

Cons:

Would like the ability to import a Google Sheet. Now I create the route stops on a Google Sheen then convert to an excel sheet to import.

Too few point options and very unreliable routing. It frequently did not understand new addresses/streets.

Pros:

Circuits is quick and easy to use for admins, dispatchers and drivers. Route creation and optimisation is easy both in-browser and on the app.

Cons:

Occasionally (only a handful of times) a similar, incorrect address has been ripped from circuits to Google maps and sent drivers to the wrong place It would be good if it could sync with shopify so that orders could be marked delivered/attempted and notes could be entered on customer orders without leaving the circuits app.
