About Textellent
Textellent is a cloud-based marketing software designed to help businesses across a variety of industry verticals including spas, fitness centers, educational institutions, real estate and more create, launch and manage text marketing campaigns. The platform lets organizations set up text-enabled phone numbers to receive, respond and track customer queries via text messages.
Textellent enables enterprises to design personalized campaign templates using customizable images, flyers, links and animations to establish brand identity with customers. It offers various features such as drip campaigns, keywords management, appointment and reservation scheduling, automated reminders, customer tags, post-sales messages, contacts management and more. Additionally, managers can gain insights into campaign status, communication, customer responses and other metrics via a business intelligence (BI) dashboard.
Textellent supports integration with various third-party applications like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot and Infusionsoft via APIs. Pricing includes monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

No longer a good company

This company had a 10 plus in my book when I started with them years ago. I think they have grown beyond their capacity to provide quality service. There is no follow up. My clients have not been updated in two years. Everyone makes excuses but takes care of nothing. i am researching now to leave. I can't do it anymore. I even got them a large account by personally referring them. Now I am sorry that I did. They are only good at taking the payments fromy our account.

My Payroll clients love it because they can txt their hours right to my payroll manager. I even had one company tell me that is why they choose ASY because they can txt our payroll department. I often have clients take a picture of a non-sensitive document such as a pic of their drivers license that is required to be on their tax returns. The immediate communication with clients is essential in our business Textelent makes it so much easier.

Clients can schedule their own appointments without calling. Clients receive reminders of their appointments asking to reply Yes to confirm. Auto referrals has increased my online presence & increased business. The text blasts are great when you need to let everyone know about something changed or new procedure. Extremely helpful during COVID. Basically, Textellent is my Administrative Assistant!
