L'esperienza è nel complesso buona, ha sicuramente digitalizzato i processi aziendali dal recruiting alla formalizzazione di un contratto/assunzione, gestendo anagrafiche, presenze e fatturazione in maniera fluida e tracciabile con un unico strumento software.

Pros:

La gestione ATS è ben sviluppata, di facile utilizzo e performante. Nella ricerca di candidati e nell'inserimento delle anagrafiche risulta molto intuitivo e riesce a supportare efficientemente le attività di recruiting. Altro punto di forza è la costante responsività da parte dei tecnici in caso di problematiche segnalate tramite sistema di ticketing.

Cons:

La sezione amministrativa presenta ad oggi funzionalità ancora da sviluppare. Ad esempio la possibilità di ottenere le analisi dei costi in Excel da preventivo; nella formalizzazione dei contratti servirebbe maggior intuitività nella gestione dei dati obbligatori; nella gestione presenze sarebbe utile riportare i dati relativi all'orario di lavoro contrattuale; sarebbero utili blocchi specifici e maggior visibilità degli alert di sistema in caso di scadenze (es: permessi di soggiorno).

A key tool for personnel leasing management.

Since we changed our previous software to Ngage for over 3 years now, we have been able to independently prepare invoices and all accounting documents without depending on external consultants. Is a user-friendly and easy to use system.

Every company that manages leasing of personnel has different requirements. We manage a small team of aviation engineers who come from different countries, and it is essential to be able to fill out the documentation according to the candidate's language, therefore in addition to the 3 national languages, we also use English and Spanish.

Such as all innovative products it needs time to be well optimized, however, the troubles encountered have always been solved.

Dovrei scrivere 4 diverse recensioni: una da Admin (la mia), una per i commerciali, una per i colleghi di selezione ed un'altra per l'amministrazione. Il prodotto è versatile, relativamente "giovane" e sottoposto a manutenzione costante per renderlo sempre più in linea con la gestione delle APL. L'assistenza è ottima.

Alcune funzionalità non sono ancora sviluppate in modo adeguato, come ad esempio la gestione dei lavoratori a tempo indeterminato.
