Coast provides all you need to get up and running with their CMMS software. They are very accommodating with any need that I have for my compliance needs.
Cons:
Nothing. Coast is easy to use, easy to get up and going. It actually emails me when my parts inventory falls to, and below my minimum quantity. No pain at all.

Cost. Ease of operation and understanding. Their availability to make sure i received answers to my questions.

Reasons for switching to Coast

It was not setup for a traditional CMMS. They wanted to charge money for setting it up as a CMMS. It was not easy to use.

Before Coast, we had requests through email and phone, or sometimes paper logs, which resulted in next day - and sometimes several days - for repairs. With Coast, every maintenance request is logged, assigned, and tracked in one place. Technicians receive updates in real time, can upload pictures to help explain the work, and can communicate directly on tasks to reduce response times and lessen confusion

I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.
