I loved their forms and their project proposals. I hit a wall with their integrations and the chat platform. They're US-centric at the moment but they told me they're rolling out international currency support in a few weeks.

Bonsai hit me with a currency conversion fee when no such thing occurred. Not advertised anywhere, no explanation until I contacted support.

I'll use Indy over Bonsai and the other competitors because there is a free model that suits my needs for now, along with room to grow into paid models when I pick up more work.

Although Indy does have some bugs to work out, I really like the "all in one" nature of this platform. I like being able to use multiple tools for one low monthly cost.

It comes in pre-selected as hourly but it's actually a dropdown menu. The Best Productivity Tool on the Market!

Since I first discovered Indy, it was called Tispr, and I loved everything about it. The convenience of having all of these features in one software, the price, the ease of using the software, and all of the resources that Indy offers.
