Tactic extremely helps us utilize the workspaces strategically and optimally

My experience with Tactic thus far is great. 10 out of 10 as it also gives me the ability to monitor where is the staff seated for the day and really gives the facilities maximum support.

Appreciation for Tactic

The map is very helpful, and the team was great helping to make updates

Cons:

The app is not good, there is no way to see the map. There should be a way to check in through the web app. The reports have a glitch where they show the wrong date. There is no way to upload vaccination records.

Tactic upgraded version is more accessible and easier to navigate

It is pleasing that our system allows for easy access and organization of names and email addresses. Additionally, you have the option to collapse the account position, ensuring a less cluttered list of names.

The latest update is now easier to navigate, as it allows you to access options on the side to choose your PC location, view maps of employee positions, and see who is currently stationed.

Logging in and Reservation visibility

Overall, the Tactic app works fine when used correctly and without any performance issues like delays or lags in the web browser. However, any technical setbacks, such as slow loading times, can significantly disrupt the user experience. Additionally, having to log in twice only adds to the delays, making the process feel more cumbersome than necessary.

The floorplan is clearly displayed for everyone to view, providing an organized and transparent layout of the workspace. Each desk within the plan is assigned to specific individuals, and the exact time periods during which each person will be using their assigned desk are detailed making it effiecient with space utilization.

Cons:

The website is extremely laggy, with noticeable delays in response time. The unnecessary animations contribute to the slowdown, making the user experience frustrating and inefficient. Additionally, there are significant delays when clicking buttons, further hindering navigation and overall usability.

Uses of Tactic for Intogreat Solutions

As a customer support agent, we utilize Tactic to reserve our workstations on a daily basis and automatically check in during our shift. With Tactic, there is no longer a need for manual check-outs, making our hybrid work schedule more efficient. This tool also simplifies our work station optimization by allowing us to easily see who is physically present in the office and who is working remotely. In a way, Tactic acts as an attendance tracker as well.

One aspect that I particularly appreciate about Tactic is its ability to display the availability of stations or rooms on the map. This feature allows me to easily determine if the space I require is unoccupied or currently in use by another individual. Furthermore, the platform also provides the added benefit of identifying the specific user occupying the space, as each individual has their own profile within Tactic.

Cons:

None so far. Tactic is a simple software that is really useful so there is nothing to dislike. It makes our work load simplier.
