Helpful Office Space Management

Pros:

Tactic recently updated it's software to allow for management of health documentation. This is a huge upgrade from how we were managing this data previously and allows us to do all of our space management in one platform. It also helps team-members easily see who is going into the office to encourage community.

Cons:

Tactic is still improving the user experience. We're looking forward to a more integrated "check-in" technology in the future.

How amazing Tactic is

Tactic overall is amazing and really helpful for a company. Other than users being able to reserve station and meeting rooms. It also helps identify how many units/station are being used, which can lead to the company being able to identify if we have a lot of stations or missing some and needs to bring in more. This can either help us reduce station cost, or improve productivity by getting more station. It was also really easy to use because just simple clicks, you'll be able to reserve a station or room. Support for the service was also seamless.

Pros:

It help organize station assignment. It allows employees to know which stations are already taken and which are being used. This also helps management know exactly where people are. This also allows people to know if meeting rooms are available for use.

Cons:

None so far. Everything about it appears to be great and helpful. Can't complain about Tactic right now.

Tactic is incredibly easy to use and very straightforward. Its user-friendly interface helps you avoid unnecessary clicks and extra pages, making your experience smooth and efficient. Whenever I need to collaborate with a team member directly, I can quickly find them using the thoughtfully designed map section—it's such a handy tool! Checking employee records daily has become second nature, and it’s great to have a clear view of their weekly schedules at a glance. Truly amazing!

Cons:

I think it might be nice if the sections had different shades to help distinguish them from one another.

The Organizer

Words aren’t enough to describe my overwhelming experience with Tactic. It has been our savior and our guide. It truly helped us get things organized and manageable. This is by far one of the best organizational tools we've used.

Pros:

Before the tactic was implemented, we struggled a lot to monitor which stations and meeting rooms were available and which were not. Things were literally a mess, and it felt like everything was disorganized. Fortunately, things changed for the better when Tactic was introduced. It's like our personal organizer—we can easily check and book and manage available stations and meeting rooms. This is what you truly call getting more than what you paid for.

Cons:

So far, Tactic serves its purpose well. I have no complaints or objections—Tactic is much better than other organizational tools I've used. I don’t know, I just love everything about it.

While Tactic is useful, there are several areas that can be improved. The system can be slow to load, especially during peak hours when multiple employees are accessing it at the same time. Modifying or canceling reservations is not always straightforward and sometimes requires multiple steps, which can be inconvenient. There are also occasional glitches where desks that have already been reserved still appear as available, which may cause double-booking issues. Notifications and reminders could also be improved, as they are not always timely or consistent. These small issues add up and can sometimes disrupt the otherwise smooth booking process.
