Pros:

ElevateHQ is very easy to use, with a lot of customizations and features to offer. It’s a boon to track my team’s commissions in real-time. I know exactly what they are making, and where they need help to get to their OTEs. ElevateHQ dashboard is always on during my one-on-ones with my team What my team loves is the ability to view a detailed breakdown of all their commissions. It’s even better that they get all this information delivered on Slack - with a single command.

Cons:

While their slack messages can be configured any way I want; what I slightly dislike is that I have limited ability to configure these changes myself. I can ask for any trigger, any custom message, and any variable as a part of the slack message configuration - but I have to ask their team to make these complex message configurations. However, to their credit - they have been super quick in delivering on these requests.

Using ElevateHQ, is very useful and easy to read, compare the data, forecasting and implementations. We have had issues earlier with manpower, however this has solved all our purpose and saved time and manpower both where necessary. I request to all to use this and do not miss it.

Cons:

Since we have just started using it, however sharing any feedback, will be open to do it, if anything comes up on this.

It is super easy to use. I can track my commissions, my current ranking in the organisation and my teams' performance just by logging in. It has reduced the time to calculate the incentives manually and we have faced no discrepancy so far in the incentives.

Cons:

The user interface could be better. Took a little bit of time to understand how to use the platform. Pop up instructions for important sections could help.

Great visibility for all the commission components and easy tracking for the reps. The detailed view of the payslips to review the commission calculation makes the hassle of juggling multiple spreadsheets go away. Also, very easy to track and approve commission payouts.
