Maybe the best CRM I've used

Excellent, one of the best CRMs I've worked with. I've used quite a few throughout my career and this one has to be the best.

Pros:

Robust, easy to use, and most importantly for me the support and customization is incredible. Any time I need something specifically for how our business uses Chariot, their team is quick and responsive. Pretty much tailored it to how we are most comfortable using it. I'm immensely impressed.

Cons:

Nothing to note here. I don't really see any cons. It does what I want it to do and more. If there's something I need Chariot to do, [sensitive content hidden] and his team are able to help me do it and set it up for me.

I greatly appreciate the functionality, design, and customer service provided by Chariot Moving Software. It has significantly enhanced our company's professional image, and the software has helped us become far more organized behind the scenes.

Cons:

As someone who prefers a do-it-yourself approach, my feedback may be biased and is not intended to reflect negatively on the service. Ideally, having the ability to edit the estimate page independently, without needing to go through someone, would streamline the process and benefit everyone involved.

I chose Chariot over the other company's I was looking at because of their interface, layout, and customer service.

Go High Level was great with customization ability, but I ultimately made the switch because it isn't personal to moving company's.

Cons:

Too many clicks to get around to book and print out paperwork.

I liked the product lay out more. It seemed easier to navigate. I liked that they would listen to our needs and make it happen.

Cons:

Every now and then there are some small system errors but they always fix them or figured them out quick enough.

Excellent Moving Software

Overall we have been very happy with Chariot, we are excited to continue using them and see what they will roll out next to improve daily operations.

Pros:

After using other moving software, Chariot is a cut above as far as ease and efficiency. The best part about Chariot is their team is very responsive to inquiries and requests and actually implements changes that improve performance, rather than waiting endlessly for upgrades and fixes to be voted on by users to be addressed. You can see the product evolving on a week to week basis.

Cons:

The only issue so far is some scheduling organization and layout of the calendar, but a customization issue, rather than functionality.

The communication between [sensitive content hidden] and the rest of the team has been outstanding, with incredibly quick responses to our questions. The software is user friendly and has streamlined our entire process. What truly convinced us to switch was how easy it is to manage deposits between us and our customers, as well as the convenience of the digital bill of lading. The on boarding experience with [sensitive content hidden] was excellent.

Cons:

Payment terms. Monthly payments are preferred, especially if purchasing a Chariot during the winter season. Aside from that, everything else is perfect.

Reasons for choosing Chariot

The deposit integration, digital BoL, and the demo with Bradley sealed the deal for us.

Reasons for switching to Chariot

Movegistics 5.0 was not user friendly, lacked deposit integration within the software, and it was difficult to reach the support team.

BEST SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT TEAM IN THE MOVING INDUSTRY!!!

Overall, we are beyond satisfied with chariot. After researching for far too long and trying out competitors who promised more than they provided, we can easily say it’s been the best decision for our internal functionality.

I can't find many issues wrong with Chariot. Some of the options need to be customized for each company. The main contact needs to have an option for spouses to be added together on the leads.
