Our overall experience has been fantastic. Heyflow truly acts as a partner rather than just a software provider. We have had a dedicated account manager since the beginning who is extremely responsive and always there when we need assistance. They are true experts in the field who clearly appreciate their clients, and the platform has become an essential part of our lead generation strategy.

Pros:

We have been using Heyflow for almost two years and have built hundreds of funnels during that time. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for non-technical team members to create complex, high-performing funnels without any coding knowledge. The integration with other applications is seamless and works perfectly every time. Additionally, their commitment to client success is outstanding; they host regular webinars to keep us updated on new features and best practices, ensuring we are always getting the most out of the tool.

Cons:

While the reporting and dashboards are excellent for individual funnels, managing a large volume of active funnels can be challenging. Currently, we have to analyze reports on a per-funnel basis. It would be a significant improvement to have a centralized "Master Dashboard" where we could see aggregated data—such as total traffic, clicks, and conversions—across all active funnels in one place.

There were a lot of features missing that Heyflow already have.

Great design flexibility with solid performance

Overall, Heyflow has been a great tool for helping us reach new audiences and improve conversions. While the UI could be more intuitive, the strong design options and ready-made templates more than make up for it.

Pros:

The design flexibility is what really sets Heyflow apart and ultimately influenced our decision to choose their tool. It allows us to create different funnels for different audiences while maintaining a fully on-brand experience for each one.

Cons:

Setting up advanced logic and rules took longer than expected, although in the end we got it working well. We are currently missing a built-in email validation feature. In addition, the HubSpot integration is not optimal, but we were able to make it work for our needs.

Reasons for switching to Heyflow

We felt limited by the visual results we could achieve with our previous solution and needed more design flexibility.

I like the native integrations and quiz building customizations

The slow saving and publishing. Also, when we went live we had a ton of bot submissions that couldn't be stopped.

Reasons for choosing Heyflow

Onboarding flow and customer support. All of the other platforms were either really expensive or had really complicated dmeo booking flows.

Flagged for Phishing, customer data risk

Terrible experience as their customer service handled this issue very poorly. I was on a trial which then paid for 1 month. After alerting the company of the security issues they said I didnt meet the criteria for a refund. I was disappointed they wanted me to risk my clients data. Please be very careful when considering HeyFlow fr your company or client.

Unfortunately there were only cons while using this product

Cons:

When I signed up for Heyflow services on their website, the site stated that the site featured “data security and privacy” which can be found at their site: https://heyflow.com/features/data-security/. However, after I signed up and created a portal and the software was not able to work because it was Blacklisted. I was not able to use the software since large security online sites like [sensitive content hidden] blacklisted their company portal. The company did not deliver on the security aspect that was stated when I signed up. The portal is still blacklisted and gives security warnings. I can't risk my clients customers being a risk for a phising attempt.

Effortless Form Creation: Streamlined low-code Solution for a Top-Notch Customer Experience!

Very positive overall experience. We used to build entirely custom forms and loan applications ourselves which took weeks to complete, but with heyflow we can go from ideation to deployment in less than a day! Look forward to seeing the new features coming out

Pros:

Super simple to go from onboarding to first flow creation and publishing. Integrations were a breeze and very simple to connect my flow to any downstream tool or CRM we had.

Cons:

The agency portal is not useful as it only acts as a super light weight CRM. Additionally, there isn't an option to audit or get insight to see what tools / destinations / integrations did each lead go to. Lastly, to do with the subscription packages, there is a lack of flexibility when it comes to increasing to number of flows on the lower subscription packages.

GDPR compliance was an important feature. The ease of use to customize the user interface. Pretty acceptable subscription value for money.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Creating interactive forms and funnels is fast, and the AI input helps generate better flows and ideas right away. The tool is perfect for conversion-focused lead generation. The support team is absolutely world-class, fast, helpful, and highly solution oriented.

Cons:

There is no lifetime subscription. Pricing and feature limitations can be a bit restrictive compared to some alternatives

Cons:

Design possibilities still not ideal. also I would like to see more interactive pages. Where we can show their answers back at them at the end of the quiz

We were looking for a software that gives us more flexibility in terms of UI/UX design. The problem with other form and quiz builders is that they never feel native on your website. Well, that has changed with Niro. Another big plus: The customer support is very helpful and fast.

Cons:

A newsletter about features updates would be great. So far, I had to discover new features all by myself.
