It's very well set up for report writing in our field. It's very easy to use, and once the templates are put together, it is easy for our project managers and contractors to work on reports.
Cons:
There are very few things. I think they need to improve some of the picture editing and organizing features, but the details are small compared to the rest of the platform.

It saves us a ton of time and effort. Word is not set up as a template editing system, so it was complicated and confusing.

Overall, I have really learned to appreciate Quire. In the beginning, I didn’t want to like it, but it has really grown on me and has improved our templates immensely.

I like the report tags and word banks as well as the templates.
Cons:
The ability to have full editing control and the inability to create subfolders. I wish that we could edit the font, spacing, and attachments without having to ask for a new style. It would be nice to have the ability to create as many folders within folders as we’d like. I also think they could improve the map features.

Efficiency for report writing, data analytics, default language spaces. I enjoy the additional lectures and offerings for diving in on best practices and having qualified speakers come in for important topics.
Cons:
I would love an AI integration and less steps to moving things around and creating and formatting new areas within templates. Also, I would like to see Thermal templates, Asbestos templates, and other service line templates to buy. Enhanced reviewer capabilities.

Quire has streamlined our reporting, removing the need for constant checks on formatting and branding. It's easy to get to grips with and is continually being developed and upgraded with new and useful features. I love the portfolio management tools. The Quire team are really friendly and always available to help.
Cons:
The only gripe that we can't seem to resolve is an issue around page breaks and formatting before finalising a report as a PDF. We sometimes need to create two or three PDFs before we get our reports looking the way we want.

Some small items require us to do things the "longer" way due to policies (updates that are "coming"), but these are few and far between

Quire is clearly designed with the user in mind, as the ease of template creation and editing, report writing, and overall user interface is second to none. Quire's support specialists have been crucial to our development and have allowed us to elevate our reports, maximizing value to our clients.
Cons:
Importing pre-written language to report templates can be a bit tricky to learn at first and there is certainly room to improve in the future, which I am sure they will.

Quire is a very intuitive program that is easy to learn and tailor to company and client needs. The Quire support staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The live chat tool is wonderful since support staff can jump right into the report you're working on to solve problems or answer questions.
