The flexibility and open architecture makes the system scalable with our business and easily integrate into the platforms we need.

Cons:

More self-service tools to manage credit lines and plan creation.

Mainly very good bar the odd Jira/easy vista issue which takes a longtime to resolve

I like that it is self service for our customers and therefore cutting us out as the middle man.

Cons:

sometimes there is a lot of back and forth on easy vista for a problem which can be solved with a 2 minute phone call rather than weeks of back and forth
