I really liked the platform and how it is extremely usual. For 6 months, the business team I worked for relied on the platform to support demands, it is very complete in terms of reports, features, customer monitoring and workflows.

Cons:

I really like the usability of the platform, however, I believe that some points in the UX interface could be better worked out, in general the platform is monochromatic and for those who work with it throughout the day it becomes a little tiring to find some information without highlights
