About Wageloch

Wageloch is a human resources system designed to streamline workforce management, rostering, electronic timesheets, time and attendance tracking and clocking devices. The system integrates with various third-party payroll, point-of-sale and bookkeeping platforms including MYOB, Xero and Reckon.

The tool allows businesses to automate rostering, staffing and time and attendance processes. Employees can use mobile clocking options and update their availability and leave online. The system provides greater accountability and efficiency in staff management and payroll processing.

Great HR Software

The online clock in/out with GPS allows the management to check the location where the employees clock in/out. This feature is suitable for a small business in transportation because it helps the operational running smooth with minimum supervision. Excellent integration with Xero makes the weekly payroll runs smoothly. Even mostly the system sets up semi automatic, you are still able to edit it manually.

Pros:
User friendly. The mobile access and online clock in/out are the features that our team use daily. Excellent integration with Xero to submit the timesheet. Excellent customer support.
Cons:
Sometime they have a glitch on their system and this is create hassle during the payroll day.

The customer service is second to none. Being able to talk to a real person quickly makes everything so much easier. The system is user friendly as well.
Cons:
Being able to allocate annual leave at timesheet level would really help and seeing the balances at this level as well

Perfect for a basic rostering/payroll. Rosters are clear to understand and like being able to colour code roles/departments. Clock in/out station assists with monitoring staff hours accurately. Saves time and integrates with MYOB.
Cons:
Online Annual Leave Request section doesn't work (at least for our organisation). Still need to do this process manually. System also runs slowly - always watching the spinning wheel of death every time you save a change or change to another screen/section.

I had a very small budget but 40 staff so it was most efficient system v's expense.

Very easy to use time tracking and HR software, cloud based so can be used anywhere. Support and award setup is really good.
Cons:
Some payroll rules are hard to set up, including different rates for overtime or conversion to TOIL.

My favourite payroll software

Excellent. We had been using another provider for a while here (as they were free), however "free" wasn't good enough to put up with the pain compared to Wageloch.

Easy to use, Accurate. Company is pleasant to deal with, and the software is very cost effective.
Cons:
Web-based platform is sometimes a little laggy. Unless you are maintaining your own staff, can be a pain to have to refer any little staff change to the payroll people maintaining the files.

Ease of use. Clockon was an absolute pain compared to Wageloch.

Easy, efficient and effective. Their support is second to none. Other companies could learn a lot from the way the resolve issues and questions quickly and never leave an issue unresolved.
Cons:
sometimes there is a lag when confirming times which slows down the process.

We have multiple properties with staff that are employed by one property but work across all properties. Wageloch was the only one that was able to deal with this situation.

We love the Wageloch platform for it's simplicity, without sacrificing functionality.
Cons:
We are a manufacturing business and we have not found it easy to maintain fingerprint recognition on our HUGO device for all staff due to manual labor wearing fingerprints.

Cons:
Needs improvements and changes to suit both countries as we are in NZ. Would like to be able to talk and discuss our requirements and suggest improvements.

1. Integration with Accounting (Xero) Software means we can trust the data from Wageloch is accurate in Xero Timesheets and makes the payroll process fast and easy.2. Support is amazing and prompt.3. Customizing platform to complex payroll needs.4. Bio-Metric Clock-in/out (via iPad)
Cons:
1. Adding more details/notes to rostered jobs level, rather than day-level notes, this would also need to flow upstream to the mobile app for remote staff.2. Two-way messaging to staff. 3. Branding Colour Pallet of the interface is too much, and a hint of branding would be more acceptable.4. Mobile App improvement needs to be more informative, rather than just rostered shifts.
