The implementation is quick, the software is easy to use and it provides very good reports to generate ideas and purchasing strategies. It can improve on the budget control side and be more flexible to adapt to specific customer needs. The way that catalogs are created is friendly and easy to use, but it is hard to manage since everything you buy becomes a catalog item, creating lots of unnecessary data in the system. Overall, it is an excellent tool to manage the indirect spend, the next step for Xeeva should be to develop the functionality to manage direct material too (raw materials)
